Refund Policy MyTrevio

This Refund Policy defines the rules for refunds for services provided through the website https://mytrevio.com by Individual Entrepreneur Zavhorodnii Yurii Hryhorovych (hereinafter — “We”, “MyTrevio”, “Service Provider”).


1. General Provisions

1.1. MyTrevio services are informational and consulting in nature and are provided in digital form (personalized itineraries, mini-guides, recommendations, consulting materials).

1.2. Payment for services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Refund Policy by the Client.

1.3. Refunds are available only in cases and under the conditions specified in this Policy.


2. Refund Conditions

2.1. The Client is entitled to a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • individual work on the order has not yet started;
  • personalized materials have not been prepared or delivered;
  • the service has not been actually provided;
  • a technical issue on the MyTrevio side made the service unavailable.

2.2. Refunds are not issued if:

  • personalized itineraries, mini-guides, or other materials have already been prepared or delivered;
  • individual work on the order has started;
  • the service has been provided fully or partially;
  • the issue arose due to the Client’s technical problems;
  • the Client violated the Terms of Use or the Public Offer Agreement.

The preparation or delivery of personalized materials is considered full provision of the service.


3. Refund Procedure

3.1. To request a refund, the Client must send an email to mytrevio@gmail.com including:

  • full name;
  • email used for payment;
  • payment date and amount;
  • reason for the refund request.

3.2. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

3.3. Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used.

3.4. Upon refund, MyTrevio reserves the right to revoke access to all provided materials. The Client agrees to cease using them.


4. Refund Processing TimeThe actual time for funds to be credited depends on the bank or payment provider and may take up to 14 calendar days.


5. Disclaimer

MyTrevio is not responsible for delays or refusals in refunds caused by banks or payment providers.
