This Public Offer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by Yurii Zavhorodnii, a sole proprietor duly registered under the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
This Agreement governs the provision of personalized travel planning services through the website https://mytrevio.com and related services.
This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine and is deemed concluded upon acceptance by the Client.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Service Provider provides the Client with personalized travel planning services, including but not limited to:
- preparation of individual mini-guides;
- recommendations on travel destinations and formats;
- creation of personalized travel itineraries;
- provision of consultations and support (depending on the selected service package).
1.2. The Service Provider is not a tour operator or travel agent, does not sell tickets, accommodation, or travel packages, and does not receive commissions from third parties.
1.3. The services are informational and consultative in nature and are provided based on the Client’s individual requests.
2. Acceptance of the Offer and Payment
2.1. Acceptance of this Agreement occurs through:
- completion of the questionnaire on the website;
- payment for the selected service package via available payment services.
2.2. The cost of services is published on mytrevio.com and may be changed by the Service Provider at any time without prior notice.
2.3. Payment is made in the currency available through the selected payment service.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties The Service Provider undertakes to:
provide services in accordance with the description published on the website;
- ensure confidentiality of the Client’s personal data;
- provide informational support via email at mytrevio@gmail.com.
- The Client undertakes to:provide accurate information necessary for service personalization;
- use the received materials exclusively for personal use;
- not transfer the materials to third parties without the written consent of the Service Provider.
3.3. All materials prepared by the Service Provider are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are protected under the legislation of Ukraine.
4. Liability of the Parties
4.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- changes in travel circumstances (weather conditions, transport delays, actions of third parties);
- decisions made by the Client based on the recommendations provided;
- the inability to implement a travel itinerary for reasons beyond the Service Provider’s control.
4.2. The total liability of the Service Provider shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client.
4.3. The Service Provider’s services do not guarantee any specific outcome, and the recommendations provided do not replace professional services of third parties (including medical, legal, insurance, or other professional services).
5. Refund Policy
5.1. The Client has the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that individual work on the order has not yet begun.
5.2. If a personalized mini-guide or itinerary has already been prepared or delivered to the Client, the service is considered provided and is non-refundable.
5.3. Refund requests must be sent to mytrevio@gmail.com.
6. Personal Data
6.1. The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
6.2. Acceptance of this Agreement constitutes the Client’s consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing services.
7. Force Majeure
The parties shall be released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to military actions, natural disasters, or interruptions in internet services or third-party platforms.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement by publishing an updated version on mytrevio.com.
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
